An Introduction to Gluten-Free Cookery
This short course is designed to provide a basic understanding of gluten-free cookery: how to create interesting meals for a gluten-free diet, what constitutes gluten-free food, where the ingredients can be purchased and what substitutes can be made. The course also includes an exercise on label reading, a demonstration of gluten-free pastry making, a sample of gluten-free products, some examples of home-made gluten-free foods to taste and a copy of the popular Gorgeous Gluten-Free recipe book by the course leader, Carole Hofflin. |
